When I was eating bad foods it is very clear to see how it affected me. This affected me emotionally and really hurt my self esteem. After I lost weight, I was feeling much healthier and felt like I could do anything that I wanted to. I was ashamed of my body before (just look at my pocket bulging out), but now I’m very happy with my physical appearance and health.
